      Pros

      Get exposed to a lot of different types of projects. Lots of smart and experienced engineers, project managers to learn from. Good work- life balance and good culture.

      Cons

      Pay is below average. Benefits are below average. Very difficult to get promoted. Company is focused on acquisitions and not on developing employees and becoming more efficient. Company is very top heavy - i.e. shareholders get all the perks & good pay while entry & mid level employees suffer

      Pros

      CHA is a small company so your contribution is noticed. You have the opportunity to make contributions in multiple areas.

      Cons

      Low salary compared with other business models. Significant office politics in this environment. Low budgets mean you must compete fiercely for funding of projects. Resistance to change.
