That's great that you appreciate our approach to flexible work schedules. At CHA we understand, and make every effort to prioritize, the ability to balance work with our personal lives; we believe striking the right balance is good for our employees and our business. That said, sometimes a project or client may demand a more ridged schedule that doesn't allow for the flexibility we prefer. While there might not always be the perfect solution for everyone - it's important our employees feel comfortable sharing their concerns with their manager.
