Thank you for your note - I am sorry to see that there are some challenges in your role. We take pride in ensuring internal staff have opportunities to explore and be considered for roles that match up well with their skills and abilities. Last year alone we filled almost 10% of our open requisitions with internal candidates and that does not include the individuals who were promoted as a part of their normal career progression.
