Your comments about turnover reflect the competitive nature of our industry, as vying for top talent is more fierce than ever. CHA’s Talent Acquisition Team has been working on overdrive to fill vacancies and recruit great team members to our company. Indeed, COVID has taken a toll on office workplace culture across the board, not just at CHA. On the bright side, we are fortunate to work in an industry that is thriving despite the setbacks of the past 18 months, and that our employees have been able to transition to work from home so successfully.
