I'm glad you experience the CHA culture the way it is intended to be experienced. Flexible, growth, opportunity! At CHA we value and reward hard work, creative thinking, collaboration and initiative! Admittedly, I'm confused by the cons you've listed above as they seem in direct conflict with your pros. Our culture and structure allow for flexibility and growth - it sounds as if you have experienced that and benefited from it. Perhaps I'm missing something. I’m happy to hear you are enjoying the flexible environment CHA offers our employees; however, I’m a little concerned to know that your work is easy. We pride ourselves on the exciting and challenging project we get, and our staff get to work on. I hope that you have been able to work on some of those projects! I’m sorry to hear you don’t feel you have any growth opportunities. Our career path for engineers is an accelerated one.
