      Pros

      After A & P Engineers was acquired by CHA Companies in 2022, I was a bit concerned of how things would turn out but the merger has proven to be good for all of us involved. Our work has been meaningful and you're surrounded by all P.E.'s.

      Cons

      Some cons are the bigger company structure can have some employees lost in comparison to the smaller A & P Engineers family structure.

      We were so excited to have A&P Engineers join with CHA. I am thrilled you feel things are going well for you and that you are doing meaningful work. I know that working for a bigger company can sometimes translate to the feeling of being just a number. At CHA we believe every voice has tremendous value.       Thank you for sharing your experience at CHA. We couldn’t agree more, we do have a wonderful company culture, based on acceptance of support. We do have great benefits and they get better every year!! And our work structure is great, we agree! We are structured for growth, allowing for more opportunities for everyone. I’m disappointed you feel we have a lot of turn over. CHA is experiencing our lowest turnover since pre-pandemic days. More people are choosing CHA and choosing to stay at CHA!! We pride ourselves on creating a positive and respectful environment for all our employees and we can see the impact it is having; our turnover is at a record low!!
