      Flexible hours but...

      Flexible work hours, overtime pay, on the job training

      Cons

      The company doesn't really care about culture and does little to make the office "fun." CHA is very performance driven and want not getting in your work fast enough will hurt you.

Although we are in fact a very performance driven company, we recognize the balance that is needed with ensuring our employees are engaged and energized by their work.       Even when you’re killing it, someone thinks you’re dead weight

      Management doesn’t “watch you watch tv”

      Cons

      Management doesn’t manage so much as panic in the 11th hour. Had upper management spike the ball on several projects using unfounded information which collapsed next steps. Upper management travels more than they wrote proposals.
