We understand that having senior team members that you can respect and want to collaborate with is central to the satisfaction and engagement of our employees, so it's great to hear that you enjoyed working with them. On the flip side, we are sorry to see that you felt our priorities will misaligned. The growth of our organization, both organic and through acquisition is certainly key to our strategy. However in no way does that replace the incredible appreciation we have for our staff of more than 1300 employees who work tirelessly to serve our clients and we will continue to work hard to ensure everyone feels supported in their work and feels our commitment to their professional development.

Hello there! Thank you for your feedback. It's unfortunate that you had trouble connecting on a personal level with many of our employees. During this time when most of us are working remotely we are trying our best to keep our teams feeling connected, but it is certainly a challenge. We continue to promote positive employee connections through various means such as our Mentoring Program, Accelerator Program, Communities of Practice, and more. We commit to continuing to focus on ways to ensure connections are being made, regardless of geography or circumstance.
