My office is like a family. We all try to help each other out.

Cons

Communication throughout the company can be difficult since it is so large. It can be hard to get to know other people in other offices.

Good and Bad depending on location and management

Pros

- Salary was competitive - Very social environment depending on office location - Benefits are decent - Was part of a company acquisition, so cutover was pretty smooth - Everyone is willing to help you when needed

Cons

- Micromanaging (depends on your office location) - A few managers are very poor in regards to Flexibility - A few managers are very cliquey. Like to gossip about other employees - Some managers don’t like to take responsibility for the mistakes they made. Instead they blame you - After discussing with my manager, I was told I would be able to work on different projects however that has yet to happen. - Once you work in one area in the department, they keep you there
