      Great 2-yr stepping stone, but not much else.

      Pros

      Smart and experienced colleagues that are great to learn from as a young engineer. Full services firm so there’s opportunity to work with a lot of different groups (water, transportation, aviation, etc.)

      Cons

      Poor company support for benefits along with subpar raises. Unwilling to advance younger employees even when its deserved. WAY too top heavy of a company.

      Flexible hours but...

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, overtime pay, on the job training

      Cons

      The company doesn't really care about culture and does little to make the office "fun." CHA is very performance driven and want not getting in your work fast enough will hurt you.

Although we are in fact a very performance driven company, we recognize the balance that is needed with ensuring our employees are engaged and energized by their work.       So much great opportunity ahead!

      Pros

      I've been with CHA for about three months and as a millennial employee, the company not only offers but promotes the things most of us are looking for; competitive compensation, challenging work and flexibility. I see nothing but a positive and rewarding career ahead with CHA!

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind worth mentioning.
