CHA has the best group of managers and staff out of all of the companies I have worked for. I feel that the Technical Managers and Project Managers actually want to see us succeed in our careers.

Cons

It sometimes feels like HR is out of touch with certain regions.

A lot of hybrid employees so less interactions with people in the office.
