catered lunches, yearly bonus for all employees, good benefits

Cons

Administration does not listen to provider feedback on making clinical decisions that impact our schedules and patient care. Top heavy in administration staff who are completely out of touch with clinical staff. Great mission but poor execution in the mission.

The mission and co-workers are good

Cons

Business practices are 15 years out of date. Each clinic operates as its own little island with not central direction. Processes are needlessly complicated leading to errors and poor customer service. They treat employees like children a lot of times. Communication from the top is non-existent. They use software that was out of date ten years ago. There is no accountability, yet immense pressure.
