Great company to work for with an excellent mission to help all people with their health related concerns regardless of their ability to pay. They had excellent benefits.

Great pay, awesome benefits including PTO, most employees genuinely cared about the mission and helping others.

Cons

Lack of consistency for disciplinary actions. Administration is out of touch with what actually happens at each of the clinics. There used to be a great possibility for advancement at CHAS but now it's more about who you know on the hiring team and if you've brown nosed enough to them.
