Benefits and salary. Team environment for those who actually do their jobs.

Cons

There is to much middle management. Most of which do not have any management experience prior to their titles and roles. There should be a education requirement for management and experience requirement. Salary is a pro however once they up the new employees starting rate the others get a little teeny tiny bump in their pay. So someone coming in with no experience brand new to a field could potentially be within a dollar of someone who has been there years. So much turnover, you are constantly training.

I love that we are able to help the communities we serve and make a difference in patient health by doing what we can on our side to make sure patients can be seen and get all of their medications every month. Lost count on how many times our patients are thankful to have us here.
