      Benefits, some good peers, if you are a YES person you will excel at CHEP.

      Cons

      Micro management, upper management not familiar with manufacturing process and not willing to learn. Leadership cannot make a decision. Human Resource's is ridiculous, standards and policies are applied based on the HR represented preference. NOT fair or equal, raceist atmosphere certain race gets treated differently HR rep provide personnel phone number to them. STAY AWAY unless you are a coward.

      Cons

      -Management is real condescending to employees -No real chance to move up in the company -Lack of any diversity -No Remote work supposedly, but management works form home every other day -They laid off an employee of 7 years and didn't even say thank you for your hard work. Or help accommodate her transition from no longer having a position
