      Good pay, schedule flexibility, and PTO.

      Cons

      Management constantly asking you to bend backwards but you rarely see the benefit if you're not in the buddy club. More political than your average corporate office.

      Great people (in most departments) Great benefits Promotion of work/life balance (in most departments)

      Nepotism... Exec leadership doesn't get rid of bad managers because of friendships outside the workplace. See above comment about (in most departments). While CHEP promotes an amazing work life balance, it does not make sure all managers enforce it. Reporting... reporting... reporting... how about some analytics for a change?? FP&A Leadership... If things haven't changed... run away... as fast as you can!!! No growth potential... overrun with directors...

      CHEP is semi-flexible, depending on your manager The benefits & 401K are decent There are many intelligent 'underdogs' even though they go unnoticed

      ZERO work life balance Layoff people while increasing work volume on others Promote same people/teams; very little recognition Useless LCD calls with Leadership
