Company isn't committed to providing SLA to customers. Constant pressure to reduce cost and improve quality with no support from leadership. Core values are lip service only.

Reorganization put Operations personnel in Sales leadership roles. These individuals have 0 to little sales management or process experience. Not much in the way of formal training new employees

Pros

Great people that want to do the right thing. The company provide good pay, good benefits and mostly good work life balance. The staff is always challenged sometimes for poor reasons.

Cons

Poor leadership from directors on up. Directors can put the team in no win situations and then hang the employees out to dry. Directors are focused on short term cost savings and are more than willing to throw life cycle cost onto other teams. If you are an individual that is detail orientated and wants to use those details for decision making CHEP is probably not the company for you. Management cares little about the details.
