Pros

Good Pay, Great Benefits, great co-workers. Work life balance is good in my department, but varies from manager to manager. Focused on safety.

Cons

Constant re-orgs, they keep laying off employees, piles work on employees that stay. No concern from the executive level for those that do the work. If they say anything you can guarantee it is lip service. Review process is poor, you spend hours recapping your year, only to hear the decisions are made on raises and bonus prior to even submitting your review. A lot of pass the task... and poor communication.

Pros

Really good exposure to the real business .

Cons

Really bad and lazy managers . Despite of many complaints from the staffs it seems that theres a protection from Band 3 senior manager to protect the bad manager and management. This was purely due to friendship. HR didnt make any action despite of many evidence of poor management. There is very little beneift and lack of recognistion.
