Pros

Their checks always cleared and the benefits were pretty good.

Cons

The toughest issue I had were program being ramrodded down customers throats and you had no integrity with the customer. They knew you were lying before the sentence was finished.

Pros

Worked as an intern, pay was very high for an intership.

Cons

No direction, no planning, and no expectations. Outside the company, no one knows that it even exists; doesn't help with your next career move.

Pros

The only reason might be to be in Orlando, the area, the weather, and proximity to Miami, Cape Canaveral and beaches might be good reasons. There are not too many jobs in the area though; so be careful on considering an out of state move to take a job at this place. Packages might be attractive compared to others in the area, but bonuses offered ARE NOT LONGER PAID, due to the economy and the results of poor business judgment. Housing is loosing value dramatically, so it is a strong point to consider if considering an out state move to the area. School system in Florida is deplorable.

Cons

Racism and harassment are common at the workplace. Atrition at all levels is very high, the 'revolving door' is ever present. Senior management is easily distracted by gifts and favors from suppliers. Toxic management styles and employee verbal abuse is not only tolerated but encouraged. HR department is known for incompetence reflected at all levels. Major ethical no-no's are mostly incurred by HR personnel. Promotions are rarely merit based and mostly centered in your capability to buddy-up with the appropriate players at the time, which usually do not last long enough in the project to support your career there. Divorce rates at top management levels is noticeable.
