Stable company, excellent benefits, great co-workers. CHEP is positioning itself for great growth in the future. It's an exciting place to develop and grow.

Cons

Hours can be long, sometimes the advancement opportunities seem to be somewhat pre-meditated before the postings are even made. Alot of apparent 'cliques'.

Cons

Sometimes the company seems ADD and unable to decide what it's doing and where it's going. Depending upon your role and department, you may not have a lot of options on career advancement. Very political environment.
