      I was part of a mass layoff at chep, which came with no prior warning—even though our team consistently met and exceeded all performance goals. While I enjoyed working with many talented individuals and took pride in the work we delivered, the way the layoffs were handled left me deeply disappointed. There was a clear lack of communication and consideration for the employees who helped drive the company’s success.

      If I could give 0 stars I would, for the terrible/lackluster leadership. CHEP used to be an incredible place to work and the culture now is close to being rock bottom. CHEP just laid off around 400-500 employees and it feels like everyone’s career is at risk since the new fiscal year .
