      Pays well far above industry standards " only to those who are boot lickers".

      Cons

      Stabs the career of people. Nothing great about the Company. Runs on wims and fancies of the top management. Gives flowery designations to people and puts an end to their career.

      Pros

      Excellent Managers, I had the chance to work with several managers and senior leaders within the organization, it is worth mentioning how supportive they are, and the great environment they manage to build within teams. They are currently undergoing a cultural change that will make CHEP a better company in the future, moving to drive disruption in the supply chain sector.

      Cons

      They still have to adapt to new data science tools, the data team still has a long journey to get there.
