      Pros

      Vacation and medical plans are good. Field based position added lots of flexibility. Business is doing well even though it's always a catch up mentality.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring leads to cut throat environment, most employees want to leave. Employees are just a number when it all comes down to it.

      Talk about work / life balance but it's not a reality

      Pros

      Being a field based employee, flexible hours were nice. Bonuses (when we got them) were generous.

      Cons

      Departments operate in their own silos, not communicating or working well with other departments. Some good managers, but the higher level managers are disconnected with what really goes on.
