      Pros

      Global company with adequate training resources, good local teams to work with outside of Mississauga/Brampton.

      Cons

      Low pay (indexed to Toronto), and the most political workplace you'll ever experience. Promotions, bonuses, terminations entirely based on who the directors and HR like. Insecure, petty and childish behavior among directors, VP, and President. Many of the good, experienced employees have left.

      Pros

      Compensation is good, Work is demanding but comes with flexibility. Provides a good 401k match, right amount of PTO, tuition reimbursement, a good health benefits coverage and encourages healthy living habits.

      Cons

      It has shifted from Growth driven to "cash cow" model. So, it is filled too many VPs, and Directors. Unique industry, non-portable outside of this company.
