      Pros

      Excellent compensation, benefits, PTO, etc. Opportunities for anyone to contribute to innovation or projects outside of their current role. Promotional and transfer opportunities for those willing to work for it. Executives are accessible and work along side teams. Excellent financials and growth.

      Cons

      Working on becoming more efficient through better systems, processes, etc., some manual processes slow things down.

      Pros

      benefits are quite good for a family. People are great within their own departments.

      Cons

      Canada Human Resources are a mickey mouse operation. No one has a clue what they do but HR team grows continually and is unable to respond within a timely manner. Anyone with a little common sense can do this. Payroll errors. poor planning overall in this department. Disatisfaction in office and warehouse. Unrealistic deadlines and objectives. No work life balance...although HR will inform you otherwise. Expect to work evenings and weekends to catch up or take work home.
