Pros

it's a steady job - if you have no hurry and intend to do the same thing for 10 years which is the only way to get aknowledged.

Cons

You don't feel you're in a international environment however it's promoted as a multicultural company and there's a lot of gossiping in the back of each other. HR interviews have to be carried in local language (which is stated to not be mandatory for the job) due to the lack of people with a decent level of english.
