The Benefits are outstanding. Availability to work from home if needed is a great benefit for those who have kids in daycare.

Cons

Work/Life balance, there isn't any. No accountability for employees actions. The strong are expected to pick up the pieces for the weak.

Excellent pay, Bonus plan and Recognition for hard work. Promoted quickly. Big on charity as well, gives 3 additional PTO days for any volunteer work!

Cons

Not really cons, lean operation but good work/life balance.

Cons
