      Pros

      CHEP is a company where you can really make a difference, where you have an opportunity to speak and be heard, and where you can progress. I joined in a relatively junior position and progressed to Director in 6 years, across a number of roles and working with and for some great people.

      Cons

      Lack of investment in systems can make a lot of manual work, which is not value added.
