Good but lack of training and the company outsourcing

Goood bonus plan, with employer matching stock option Overall good health benefit

Cons

Not investing enough on personal individual tranining and development Company starting to outsourcing some business functions, contritbuting to lower morale and job uncertainty in the future Company just moved US HQ to Atlanta, so the future of existing Orlando location is unsure, even though management says Orlando location will remain.

- You have to be thorough to walk the way and get things done. - You get what you ask for but you are left to manage your daily affairs your self. - Compensation and benefits schemes cannot attract local talent.

stability - during these hard times CHEP is doing well and will be doing so thanks to good strategies coming from Senior Management development of competencies - they let you develop skills and competencies but not always these which are required by yourself experience - you gain nice people, what is the very important factor for taking the decision to start working in the company good level of compensation, but could/should be better

Cons

could pay more for the hard work flat structure - hard to advance/get promotion more and more corpo stress since last year stress rising
