      Pros

      - Wide berth for process improvement - Very strong & knowledgeable workforce - Ability to interact with senior leadership

      Cons

      - Corporate leadership is focused on current product, and lacks vision to take it to next level - Communication is mostly lip service, and not truly and open environment - Customer focused only when there is viable competition - Company very elitist with regard to prior experience, do not expect to get recognized for anything you've done prior to joining the company

      Pros

      Great company to work for overall. Over 4 weeks of vacation for entry level. No complaints. Good compensation and 401k/stock purchase plans.

      Cons

      Very tight group. Internal promotion is based networking within the company and not necessary job performance. You need to be a part of the in-crowd if you want a chance for promotion.
