      - True multinational company with strong leadership team and clear business strategy. - Strong financial position while recession period. - Very positive work environment. - Open door management. - Rewards and recognition is awesome in CHEP.

      Cons

      - You have to be thorough to walk the way and get things done. - You get what you ask for but you are left to manage your daily affairs your self. - Compensation and benefits schemes cannot attract local talent.

      stability - during these hard times CHEP is doing well and will be doing so thanks to good strategies coming from Senior Management development of competencies - they let you develop skills and competencies but not always these which are required by yourself experience - you gain nice people, what is the very important factor for taking the decision to start working in the company good level of compensation, but could/should be better

      Cons

      could pay more for the hard work flat structure - hard to advance/get promotion more and more corpo stress since last year stress rising
