      1) As the organization has just started building the shape in the Country India...There are more chances to Grow. 2) Pay Perks are satisfyingly good. 3) There are certain chances for the employees who look to ssettle abroad as the company may promote and send outside for buisnees to grow. 4) One of the leading suppy chain in the Industry.

      - Wide berth for process improvement - Very strong & knowledgeable workforce - Ability to interact with senior leadership

      Cons

      - Corporate leadership is focused on current product, and lacks vision to take it to next level - Communication is mostly lip service, and not truly and open environment - Customer focused only when there is viable competition - Company very elitist with regard to prior experience, do not expect to get recognized for anything you've done prior to joining the company
