Bad culture, senior management changes direction every 2 months, high turnover due to inconsistency, discontinued morale programs, does not stick to established SOPs when promoting internal candidates which creates a lot of distrust

The pay is good and the hour are not too bad.

Cons

The management is toxic and promotes this environment. There is backstabbing among the employees. There were a number of physical altercations between employees that I witnessed during my time there. Communication is poor on every level and the training program is outdated and requires more hour to complete than is available. There is a very strict attendance policy forcing people to work when ill. Also it not a very clean operation with contamination from unwashed pallets imported from everywhere. There is also a difficult safety program which is impractical for norm operations.
