Pros

Good work/life balance and autonomy to do your job

Cons

Very little direction from leadership. Constant reorganizations. Majority of hires/promotions are from outside the company, especially above the manager level. Executive leadership pays no attention to the employees actually doing the jobs, and push agendas that make little sense in reality. They pull targets out of the air, with no data or analysis behind them. A lot of lip service about caring about their employees, but until you're a director, they don't care about you at all.

Pros

None. Employees are not a priority for management. They only focus on money.

Cons

Management messed up my pay so I was shorted hundreds of dollars. No holidays of except Christmas and thanksgiving. Overtime not optional must work in poor conditions
