The company treats their employees well overall, the pay is pretty good.

Cons

I didn't appreciate how they handled the vax mandate and am not a fan of new policies they've implemented with company cars.

Fair pay, great colleagues, interesting work, lots of room continuous growth and promotions

Cons

Continuous turn over means poor work/life balance as your always having to do more work on top of your own. Management genuinely doesn't want employees to get burned out but also piles on projects to get completed.
