      Pros

      Good people. Solid automation and software. Well developed processes and good outlook for improving.

      Cons

      Have to commute to office 2 days a week for no real reason but to do the same thing that would be done at home. For a sustainability company it seems hypocritical to make us waste gas and resources to come in.

      Great company but this locations management was run by morons who ultimately let the building run out of business in just 5 years after being built.

      coming from new york where the minimum wage was 15 dollars a hour this job has pretty good pay matchin that most jobs in fl the starter pay is like 12 dollars so i appreciate that

      Cons

      the temperature conditions you have to work in is terrible especially durin the summer i also dislike the fact that you have to work certain holidays that most work places give you off or a half day like the fourth of july or memorial day labor day
