Amazing leadership team that cares deeply about people. The company culture is great, offers transparency in how we're doing and where we're going. The office headquarters are really nice, but the company offers remote-friendly environments. Excellent work-life balance!

Cons

Lots of work ahead and many moving pieces in the world of locum lenens staffing, but this can also be exciting if you enjoy solving complex problems.
