First year commission guarantee is good Insurance is good and premiums are reasonable Core Values are vital to the success of the company

Cons

When you're taking a sales job, your success depends greatly on the team you end up on, something you have little to no control over. I believed in the Core Values of CHG, but they are not always consistent from team to team. Beware of the "Kool-Aid". You'll feel like everything is better than you could imagine.. until it's not.

Pros

They have really good company values and statement. The corporate team seems really great. The employee benefits did seem to reflect the needs of the employees.

Cons

There isn't a lot of support in the roles and overall you are encouraged to push physicians into schedules and locations that are not good for their lives. Also, myself and several coworkers experienced harassment that was reported to HR and no action was taken on those reports.

Pros

At least they act like they care which is more than most companies can say, but the core values are getting diluted with too many “smart” executives creating chaos downstream.

Cons

As stated above, our executives are now living in the ivory tower completely disconnected from the realities of the churn and confusion they are creating for their teams. Egos and hubris are taking over at the top which doesn’t bode well for cultural or business sustainability. Its hard to watch.
