Pros

The only pros: remote/hybrid work, coworkers, benefits (pto, sick days separate from pto, healthcare) *I was part of RNNetwork division

Cons

CHG as the parent company was decent as far as some benefits and I think idealistically they wanted to “be different” as far as corporate America goes ie: not ONLY be about profit, but also care about their employees as human beings too…but CHG has multiple divisions under their umbrella (modio, comp health, Weatherby, RNnetwork) and sadly, they let rnnetwork executives run RNN it into the ground. •RNN has/is been on the decline for going on 3 years and although COVID gave it a boost in business due to the dire need of travel nurses, the senior leadership has been terrible and they have only continued to hire worse and more incompetent executives/c-suite level employees who have no idea what they are doing. •they have been doing layoffs and firings in droves since early 2023, first starting off with “quiet layoffs” ie: micro managing, nit picking, etc. as to not have to pay severance. Now, they are finally giving people severances (if you are lucky). And currently they only have a skeleton crew left across the board. •they have always paid well below market value, their systems and process are beyond our dated and they have failed to keep up with the times. •at this point, it can’t be blamed on “over hiring from COVID”, it’s just poor management, yet they get to keep their jobs and continue to call the shots?..they got RNN into the mess they are in? It’s embarrassing that management who leads the company, continues to get paid meanwhile they have let go of almost the entirety of the company. •overall, this company is on the decline (think Wayfair and all the layoffs they are doing), and they have been for years and are now on the express decline path. I can’t imagine it being around much longer, so save yourself some time and don’t apply or apply to another CHG division.

PPF - Putting Profits First

Pros

Culturally their people tend to be left-of-center with their political views and lifestyle choices which is really refreshing since their headquarters is in the deep-red, far-right state of Utah.

Cons

CHG says that they put people first but then lay people off during the pandemic because they "weren't hitting the goals they set for themselves." The company wasn't at risk of going bankrupt. They were even still turning a profit. They just weren't making as much money as they wanted to. Tell me how that is putting people first?

Pros

This is an absolutely amazing place to work. The leaders are great and very supportive. I work remotly, but come into the office once or twice a week. The office is modern, and comfortable. I didnt have a background in healthcare prior, so I was pretty surprised I made the cut. I picked up on terminology quickly and was working with clients in about 6 weeks. They have lots of fun incentives, a supportive team, encouraging leaders, and if you are self motivated, you will do well in this environment. Not too much micromanaging going on here, so you must be a self starter.

Cons

Some of the leaders in non-sales roles can sometimes slow down the process. They take a long time to produce new client contracts, and if there are changes that need to be addressed, even if it's holding up the flow of the sales process, there is no rush or urgency. So, be prepared to practice some patience when dealing with other departments.
