Pros

They do a very good job at recruiting and trying to create an open and fun environment for their employees. The benefits are amazing! The compensation is more than fair.

Cons

The turnover is extremely high. It is run like a call center. People quitting and being fired is too commonplace and the organization is numb to it's effect. My estimates are that 40% of those hired don't make it through the first year.

Pros

By far the best place I have ever worked for so many reasons. The executive team genuinely cares about us and are constantly looking for ways to improve the overall employee experience. Our benefits are top notch and accommodating of all life situations. I have a young family and our out of pocket costs have been so minimal because of all the available resources we have, such as our free onsite clinic and Teladoc. Our core values guide everything we do and it is amazing to see how they are not just talked about, but actually lived. I love how much CHG invests in employee growth and development - not just professional development but also personal development. I feel like I have grown just as much personally as I have professionally in my time here, because working here makes me want to be a better person. Because of that heavy focus on growth and development, opportunities for career growth and promotion are abundant. Most of all, I love my team here. It genuinely feels like a family where we all have each other's backs and there are no hidden agendas or ulterior motives. I feel incredibly fortunate to work for such a great company made up of incredible people who really care!

Cons

Our technology is a bit outdated, but I am seeing senior leadership making an effort to improve in that area. We have experienced tremendous growth over the last few years and that can create challenges and growing pains at times.

Pros

Great new building with a ton of amenities. The people I work with are fantastic, and at the core of what CHG does, we provide a valuable service for the community.

Cons

The honest Putting People First attitude has been lost, and replaced with an artificial corporate byline. Long gone are the days of being promoted from within, as most new leaders are brought in from the outside. The family feel is being lost as we grow.
