      Pros

      CHG is such an inclusive, diverse company. Benefits are designed to accommodate all walks of life. I've been with the company for more than 10 years and had many unique growth opportunities. I couldn't dream of working for a more supportive group of people. I love the continued investment in leadership!

      Cons

      I'd be hard-pressed to find any. It would be ungrateful nit-picking honestly, such as I don't like the color of the walls in my office (which I do).....

      medical benefits and market share, name recognization

      leadership, culture- only if you enjoy and follow sports, lack of management strength. not able to bring out individual skills, strengths of individuals. cookie cutter mode and mentality

      Good work environment Great co workers Good benefits Flexible hours Fun office to work in If you are okay to work in the same position you are hired in at for the enitre time you work here, then it will be fine for you. If you want to have a career, do not bother

      No matter what management says, there is no room for advancement...EVER Management is not transparent or honest Management is viewed as a joke. I think Salt Lake practices "Putting People First" but the Boca office does not
