Pros
CHG is a company that lives their values and has created a deep and programmatic way to ensure those values are expressed in how the culture operates. It is extremely people-focused and ensures that leadership is well-trained to manage with a people-driven orientation.
Cons
Although there is a strong emphasis on individual growth, there are pockets of the organization where industry-expertise is low with little incentive to change how things are done. Due to the collaborative nature of the organization, decisions can be slow. There are cons to any organization, however, and I believe that CHG has a learning culture that will continue to help steering the company out of these and other less desirable aspects of working at the company.
