Pros

- Good benefits - gym onsite -Nurse practioners on site to treat employees -Executives deliver treats to your desk -Managers are very friendly -Casual dress

Cons

- no room for new ideas or creativity. As a provider/ client recruiter they have their number of calls and activity employees have to follow- very old school -cold calling methods (220-300 calls required a week) -a cut throat environment. Teams can become more cut throat than collaborative. Team members constantly competing with each other for the same business. -Employees with no more than a high school education - During training i was told "You are here to make money not to make friends" -VERY HIGH TURNOVER. They set unrealistic expectations- they recruit you saying"we are one of the best places to work and employees make 6 figures" When in reality ,the nature of job is undesirable and contrary to what they tell you, most people dont make good money for 3-4+ yrs in the job. - Basically if you can outlast your teammates, eventually (years down the road), you can absorb their business and make money. - Good company but nothing to wow about.

Pros

I can't think of any pros I would not recommend working for this company. They were dishonest in the hiring process. The person who initially recommended this company came to me a week after I was hired and said she should never have told me to come over there with the projection in which they are moving.

Cons

When you interview with the company it sounds like a really great place to work. I accepted the job and when I started 3 weeks later none of the same managers were there that I interviewed with. This should have been my first clue. I worked there for several months and asked for continued help with training because that is what your manager is supposed to do. The goal for one on one management to employee training for the new people is once per week. I got 3-4 sessions. I always had to initiate this, it was never initiated by the manager. I was told yeah we will set up a session and either he would never commit to a time or if he did he didn't show up or the rare occasion he did he spent talking to everybody around me and not helping at all. I was later told that my number weren't where they should be and that I could quit or choose to be terminated. This was completely out of the blue especially when going through the hiring process they said they always offer training and coaching before it ever gets to that point. I had to figure everything out on my own and so, it took me a while to get my number where they should be. There is a guy that falls asleep at his desk and he's still there’s another that comes in drunk and has been sent home several times. I don’t know how or who this company paid to get on Fortune Magazine top companies to work for. I would not recommend it to anybody. Oh and during my last week when telling a coworker what was going on he said “oh your one of the beginning of the year to end of year hires. They have been doing that last few years to make their budget look better”
