Pros

CHG tries hard to make sure they are putting people first, which includes their employees and clients. The executives show a genuine interest in helping others, and they try to stick to the core values. People are very caring here, and while nobody is perfect, there is an overall attitude of people trying to do their best.

Cons

401k price matching is lower than most companies.

Fun work environment, great employees, positive contributions to the community and world, CEO very sincere and genuine and willing to talk with employees.

Cons

IT Department senior leadership actions and decisions were not always consistent with CHG company core values of ethics, integrity, and putting people first.
