Culture is emphasized, core values are truly lived by, growth opportunities are endless, hard work is rewarded on a multitude of levels, holiday parties/employee appreciation weeks/NAMSS week/Halloween are so above and beyond, corporate incentives/insurance/401k are amazing, executives randomly hand out snacks or little gifts as tokens of appreciation

Cons

Increase focus on active listening from leadership, more competitive salary for business partners
