Pros

The company is very focused on winning the Fortune 100 nomination of being a "best place to work." This means you get great benefits and a facility with things like a cafeteria and gym. There is a lot of open dialogue and feedback, so you never have to guess where you stand with managers. You also have clear-cut paths to advancement.

Cons

So busy trying to be the best place to work, they forget to be a good place to work. If rigid corporate structure is your vibe, you'll probably love it here. But if you are at all a free spirit, your soul will probably die a little every time you fob into one of the heavily secured doors each morning. VERY focused on working your 40 hours a week, moreso than making sure you're getting your work done. Not a fan of the endless reviews from managers, which sometimes can create artificial feedback for the sake of feedback.

Pros

There are so many things to love about working at CHG, the amazing Cafeteria, a gym with work out classes, a beautiful building and so many more! But most of all I love that I work for a company that truly cares for their employees. I am not just another number here, I matter and what I do matters!

Cons

Because CHG treats their employees to well there isn't a high turn-over rate compared to a lot of other businesses which means less opportunity for up-ward mobility. A blessing and a curse!
