The leadership at the highest level truly live the core values of this company. Not only to the talk the talk of "Putting People First" which is our guiding principle, but they also put it into action. Each of the highest level leaders throughout the organization serve those that they lead. They ensure a safe and fun place to work, and push other leaders throughout the organization to follow suit so that the employees feel that they can be themselves each and every day.

Cons

As with all great companies sometimes promotions are a little hard to come by because when someone gets leadership opportunities they stay around for a while and it can hold up opportunities for others. That being said leaders are good about trying to find creative ways to give you opportunities to grow even if it's within another department or role in the company.
