      Great company culture, life/work balance, effective senior management.

      Cons

      Not keeping through with promises, no sense of urgency or accountability within the company, not many growth opportunities.

      The Perks are Nice, but the Culture Really Means Something

      Pros

      All the fun things, Employee Appreciation Week, Culture Clubs, Game Room, Yoga, Gym are great. Yet what stands out more than anything is the culture. Putting People First really is everything here, and it honestly blows me away every day.

      Cons

      In Salt Lake there's still a lot of your expected white, Mormon men at the top. What's truly impressive though is that CHG is actually taking steps to make moving up more equal and fair.

      Great Start - Great Potential

      Pros

      The CHG onboarding process is the best organized and most complete I've ever experienced. You can see people making an honest and authentic effort to put company values into action in everyday situations. The emphasis on internal communication here is refreshing and first rate.

      Cons

      I did see a few negative Glassdoor comments while researching CHG during the interview process. Looking at the context, it seemed that these were based on isolated individual cases and not a cultural pattern for the company as a whole. There's going to be conflict in any organization, but compared with my last work experience, CHG is a breath of fresh air.
