There is no question that CHG Healthcare, has one of the best cultures EVER!! The people there are kind, thoughtful, and respectful of your individuality.

Cons

The company has its areas that it develops people, but if you're a developer, they are awkward and don't know how to grow you. Happy to give you your two percent raise every year, and ignore industry growth, or understand your contribution margin.

Pros

Great new building with a ton of amenities. The people I work with are fantastic, and at the core of what CHG does, we provide a valuable service for the community.

Cons

The honest Putting People First attitude has been lost, and replaced with an artificial corporate byline. Long gone are the days of being promoted from within, as most new leaders are brought in from the outside. The family feel is being lost as we grow.
