Cons:
I worked for RNNetwork and can only speak in regards to that brand/division. As far as CHG, all the pros I listed above go for all their brands (as far as I know). The cons I have are with the division I worked with:
•old and outdated tech and/or SOP’s
•pay scale
•RNNetwork senior leadership would ask for feedback and when it was given, it appeared or felt as if those who said anything be it constructive were retaliated against. (*which I have read in other reviews as a complaint)
•2023 is when travel nursing began to slow down, and we were warned multiple times numbers were low. Rather then in a transparent, honest, dignified and authentic manner letting employees go in 1-2 cycles, RNN senior leadership began doing “quiet firing/ quiet layoffs”. (Micromanaging, sudden pip plans, etc), causing low morale, physical and mental anguish, only perpetuating more stress therefore causing people to make more mistakes between the extra workload and being watched under a microscope.
•holding no value or loyalty to good, dedicated employees or any room for reason and/or circumstance for errors or mistakes when it comes down to cutting numbers, potentially forever ruining their chance from ever working within the entire organization again.
•Items you suggest or bring up as a challenge, will or can be used (*particularly when they are needing to lose a certain % of employees) against you to shortly then be implemented? (ie: new vs old processes, unattainable timeline)..even though they used these suggestions and shortcomings for an exemplary employees dismissal
